What is TANO?
TANO Wellness makes feel-good daily supplements as effervescent tablets. Drop one into water, let it fizz, and drink — an easy, great-tasting way to support your skin, your greens intake and your digestion.

How do I use the tablets?
Drop one tablet into 200 ml of water, wait until it fully dissolves, then drink. Please don't chew or swallow the tablet directly.

How many should I take a day?

• GLOW — 1 tablet per day (adults 18+)
• Essential Greens — 2 tablets per day for adults; 1 per day for ages 12–18
• Apple Cider Vinegar — 1 tablet per day (adults)

Ingredients & suitability

Are your products Halal?
Yes — our products are Halal.

Are they vegan?
Essential Greens is vegan and plant-based. GLOW contains collagen, so it is not vegan. Apple Cider Vinegar is not certified vegan.

Do they contain sugar?
GLOW and Essential Greens are sugar-free, sweetened with stevia. Apple Cider Vinegar is lightly sweetened and contains a small amount of dextrose — see the product label for full ingredients.

Are they gluten-free?
Essential Greens and Apple Cider Vinegar are gluten-free. Please check each product page for full details.

Can I take more than one product?
Yes. Many people combine them across the day — that's exactly what The Trio is for. Just follow the usage guidance on each tube.

Where can I see the full ingredients?
Every product page lists the complete per-tablet ingredients and amounts. If you have a specific question, just email us.

Orders, shipping & returns

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Malaysia. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery is typically 2–5 business days in West Malaysia and 4–8 in East Malaysia after dispatch.

Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available once your order ships.

What's your returns policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days. For health and safety reasons, opened supplements can't be returned unless faulty. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we'll sort it out. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Safety & storage

Are these medicines?
No. Our products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and shouldn't replace a varied, balanced diet.

I'm pregnant, nursing, or managing a medical condition — can I take them?
Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Discontinue and seek advice if you experience any adverse reaction.

How should I store them?
Keep the tube in a cool, dry place, tightly closed and out of reach of children.
